| Company or not? |
Weekend is here again (thank god for Shabbat!) and it is my time to rest. Shmulik and me are reaching the point we’ll have to decide if we’re forming a company or some other legal entity. So far I’ve found IGDA’s Business Section to be very informative. We have a meeting with the game publishers on Monday where we’ll show them the current state of the game (we’ll have it on Shmulik cell phone and on a diskette, in case they’ll want to test it on other phones). It’s not with the real graphics yet, just place holders, but it still looks nice. I need to start coding the AI soon.
In addition to all this I have an exam on the 02.02 - two weeks from now. This means I’ll have to get into study mode and get all the other activities on low priority. I really don’t want to do a Moed Beit (second date for people failing the test on the first).
The past week was low on going out. Actually it was plain dry. I was at the Molly Blooms on Monday briefly. Met an interesting guy called Earl, from the states, but I had very little time to chat. On Wednesday we’ve watched Far From Heaven on DVD. In ‘we’ I mean Inbalita, my cousin Sagit, my cousin Aviad and myself. The movie was a wise pick by Inbalita, after we couldn’t find Eminem’s 8 mile on the DVD renting machine. (Yea, I know, we switched to a totally different type of movie…)
Congrats go to Ran for finishing his Air Traffic controller in the Army! Reminds me when I first was about to draft I got a letter with several possible professions suggested to me - Air Traffic Controller and Computer Programmer among these. I went and did the exams for the programming course but later decided to cancel the course and go to Kravi (combat). I asked (and got) to serve in the Combat Engineering Corps. Ho well. Ran just brought up a little memory splash from the past…

ok, *I* for one am happy with your webcam shot right now because (a) I am a big fan of eating cereal. huge. and (b) because I can read the box (with my limited hebrew) and it caused me to cheer and point and say "it says CORN FLAKES!! but in hebrew!!"
what can I say, I lead a very small life at the moment and hebrew makes me happy.
Hope you enjoyed your weekend and got some rest. good luck on the upcoming exam.
