| Independence day 2003 |
10:20am I’ve arrived home from Jerusalem an hour ago. Mishael, my young cousin, have arrived here at 7am and went to sleep. Sagit, another cousin, have arrived 20 minutes ago from Ashdod bringing my grandmather, 2 of my aunts and another cousin (Ravit). We’re currently 10 people and it’s going to grow in the coming hours. As every year, I’m going to broadcast the whole Bar-B-Q event. Don’t know who’s gonna see it, but it’s going to be a about 4-5 hours live broadcast (well, if live means a picture every 40 seconds, while Ravit is trying to point the cam away and I try to fix it all the time…)
Feel free to send me text messages, I’ll do my best to answer and comment back as soon as I’ll get them. Or I’ll send Mishael to do that if I’ll be too busy making the food.
11:46 am I’ve been working on the 2 grills so far, got the heat up and all. It’s a hot day and being in charge of the grills, where the heat is even worse, is just plain the worst job in the Bar-B-Q thing. Ho well, at least I can make sure the food is tasty by keep eating it…
Wanna bet who’s going to eat the most?
Anyway, my friend Nir is also suppose to come, as well as my cousin Iris and her boyfriend. Appearantly my cousin Igal took his family to Eilat, so we’re 5 people less then expected, but I’m sure the rest of us will have no trouble handling the extra food…
11:46 am People are starting to plan how to leave (who is going with who, etc). We’ve been about 16 people and had lots of fun. My cousin Aviad came with his new girlfriend which was a bit of a surprise (first time I’ve even heard of her), and they arrived pretty late so we had to bar-bq some meat specially for them. Nir was here and after the meal we all set in the living room in a big circle and had about 3 discussions at once (happens when you got so many people together). Anyway, everybody except Edith (my aunt), Iris and her boyfriend have just left. I’m dead tired and I reek. I’ll go have a good shower and go to sleep.
Here are some pics from the event. Check out this gallery for all the pics taken.

Civax, mah chadosh? Ga’dole-DOLE:
Salam Pax is back! Everyone is buzzing about it. Diane from Gotham posted his missing entries for him. After quickly glancing, I copied them to a floppy. And, by the way, welcome back.
