| The Bali Terror Attack |
Another terror attack - this time not in Israel, but in Bali, Indonesia.
Seems that Al Qaeda is behind it, again (even Al Jazeera says so).
Currently most of the dead and wounded are Astralians and local. Other nationalities among the dead and more than 300 wounded were Singaporeans, Britons, Americans, Swedes, Swiss and Dutch.
Not only the damn bastards killed people, they killed TOURISTS on thier (probably) long expected holiday. kinda makes you feel like you want to grab the terrorists by the neck and crush it with anger.
You can say nations and groups were fighting through out all human history. Seems we’re now in the “Raging Muslims” era. I wish I could say that they are really going to get it this time, but since I’m an israeli, and terrorism is a threat (and reality) we have to live with all the time (and from from a very early age), I know there is no end to it. This IS a cultural war. West vs Muslims. That’s the way it turns out.
The think I really have a hard time to understand is something like the self-suicide attitude some people have. Both the extreme left in Israel, and the global phenomena I’ll reffer to as “French” in the global world. I think it is one way to see and understand the claims the enemy presents - but it’s a totaly different way to support those claims yourself.
France is part of the west. And no matter how many muslims from past colonies they will let in to france - it will stay a westren country. (Well, Atleast there will be enough muslims to turn it into another muslim country, I guess…) Therefore, any such terror attack is against France as well. However, France seems to officialy boldly go where no westren country had gone before (not even the naive scandinavians) and support terrorism. Not even the blasting of a french tanker in Yemen really moved them. I can’t figure out these people. Really.
(hmm, I wonder if I’m going to get some angry comments from frenchmen. Well, atleast from the ones that can handle english

"French" phenomena? Why not talking about an "American Sionist" phenomena? You’re talking about a "West against Muslims" war? By chance, it is not yet the case… You are thinking that you are facing a Jihad, you’re completely wrong! It’s a war of coward. What’s happening in your country is a rehearsal of what will happen in the whole world if western governments continue to act and think the way you do. On one side we will have arrogant people thinking they detain the absolut truth and want to lay down it to the whole world and on the other side other extremists who want to bring back the whole world to the middle age.
I said a war of coward and I really mean it! If you see what Tsahal, the Hamas, the Fatah are doing, it’s a coward game against innocent people!
It’s very easy to force third world countries to act like you want, but please, give the example first! Bush is now forcing Indonesia to arrest extremists activists when in the same time he is protecting with the aid of his dear friend Blair some of the worst one in London. Let me laugh about this two way "War against Terrorism"!
It’s very sad what happened in Kuta and I cried a lot when I heard the news and found that one of my friend died there, but I’m clever enough to not let my feelings rule my opinions. I know it’s not a religious war, I know that not all muslims think like Ben Laden, I know that not all jews think like Sharon and I know that not all christians think like Bush…
As long as the world will be ruled by Bush "The Idiot", Sharon "The Butcher" and Blair "the Follower", we will never live in peace!

This was an event which shocked the whole of australia. it is not somethign which australians are accostomed to, and we were quick to lay the blame. but many australians have taken the fact that it was "muslim extremists" and somehow interpreted this that "all muslims are terroists." this is VERY untrue, just because i eat salmon and bears eat salmon you cannot assume that i am a bear (using a keyboard? - i doubt it, although u never know what "researchers" get up to ;))
